your niagara stationis still alive. your integrator, not so much.
The JACE in the equipment room rack is still polling your Eaton UPSes and your Honeywell HVAC. The integrator who configured it doesn't answer anymore. The dashboard doesn't render on a phone. Alerts reach no one. You build audit reports by hand in Excel.
signs you're in the right place.
Customers who land on this page tend to recognize themselves in at least three of these. If you recognize yourself in five or more, this page is for you.
- 01You can name the integrator who installed your Niagara, but you can't reach them
- 02Workbench credentials are written down somewhere, you hope
- 03Your facilities team uses email and WhatsApp to communicate equipment status because the Niagara dashboard isn't usable on a phone
- 04You generate compliance reports by walking the building and writing values on a sheet
- 05You had a serious failure last year that nobody knew about until after the incident
- 06When you log into workbench, the last modification date is 2019 (or earlier)
- 07Your insurance asks for uptime history you no longer know how to pull
vaultis lives on top of your niagara — it doesn't replace it.
Your Niagara will keep doing exactly what it does today: polling your equipment. We add the layer the Niagara never gave you: modern dashboard, alerts in Spanish, auditable reports.
your niagara stays intact.
We don't touch its configuration. We don't ask for new credentials. You don't sign a new contract with Tridium. The JACE keeps polling your equipment exactly as it has.
our gateway reads from your niagara.
Our industrial gateway sits on your network — hardware proven across thousands of deployments globally. It connects to your Niagara station via BACnet/IP, a protocol already included in any modern JACE. No additional Tridium license.
your team gets the layer that was missing.
Spanish-language dashboard your supervisor understands without training. SMS and WhatsApp alerts with plain-language instructions. Monthly PDF reports for insurance audits and compliance.
what if bacnet/ip isn't exposed on my niagara?
It happens. Especially on older AX stations. We turn it on for you — we're Tridium-certified. It's a one-time configuration task, not a long-term integrator relationship. No new Tridium license; BACnet/IP server is included.
What if the workbench credentials are lost? If BACnet/IP was already exposed, we don't need the credentials — we read directly. If it wasn't exposed, there are recovery paths (we know them). In the worst case, we read directly from the equipment beneath the JACE and replace its role.

the five we get most often.
No. Read via BACnet/IP, read-only by default. Your Niagara keeps operating exactly the same.
