the engineering companybehind vaultis.
AstreaBMS is the Astrea Technologies division focused on BMS systems and critical facilities. We combine field engineering certified in Niagara with custom software development — and we built Vaultis as the product missing from the Mexican market.
who operates behind the product.

engineering and operations · commercial and compliance HQ
formally incorporated company · CFDI invoicing · direct import
three teams. one objective.
That your equipment room operates every day, without depending on a specialist you can't find.
Astrea Technologies
Engineering and software company in Monterrey, incorporated as an S.A. de C.V. Builds Vaultis and the AstreaBMS platform. Also develops AstreaIoT, the LoRaWAN monitoring platform for industrial operations — same discipline, different sensor stack.
Niagara Projects
Team of Tridium-certified BMS engineers. Niagara station design, programming, and commissioning. Multi-vendor. The source of client relationships that originated Vaultis.
SMTELCOM
On-site deployment across Mexico. Cabinet, structured cabling, and power for the Vaultis gateway and field projects.
vaultis came from real projects, not from a pitch idea.
We were doing Niagara integrations for clients with critical systems — data centers, hospitals, industrial plants. The pattern repeated: we'd deliver the station working, but six months later the client didn't know what was happening in their own equipment room. The integrator wasn't always available. The dashboard wasn't usable on a phone. Alerts didn't reach anyone.
We built Vaultis to solve that specific problem — first for our own clients, then as a product. Today we offer it alongside engineering and consulting services, not instead of them.
Engineering and software live in the same company because we don't believe they can be separated — the software that operates a critical system is only good when it's written by people who understand the system.
the path, in four steps.

vaultis · the product
The missing operations layer: operate your existing BMS without an on-site specialist. Born from real integration projects, not a pitch idea.
