WHAT WE DON'T DO

REAL-TIME CONTROL

Vaultis is read-only by design. We don't write to your BMS. If you need automated real-time control (PID loops, active demand response), that's your BMS's job — Niagara, Metasys, EBI. Vaultis lives on top, observes, alerts. Doesn't act.

INDUSTRIAL SCADA

Optimized for facilities (data centers, buildings, plants with critical MEP). Not for production lines. If you need industrial process control with millisecond loops, we're not the tool.

VIDEO SURVEILLANCE + ACCESS

When the security equipment exposes BACnet or Modbus, we integrate it like any other vendor. We don't run VMS, don't manage physical access credentials, don't do camera control.

EQUIPMENT WITHOUT A COMM PORT

If your equipment is 100% analog (no comm card, no SNMP, no Modbus), we can't poll it directly. Solution: we install external sensors (current, temperature) that connect via LoRaWAN. Works — but requires physical installation.
