These terms govern use of the astreabms.com site and the initial pre-contractual relationship with Astrea Technologies. Specific services and subscriptions (consulting, BMS engineering, software development, Vaultis subscription) are governed by separate contracts signed between the parties.

This site is operated by Astrea Technologies, S.A. de C.V., a Mexican company with domicile in Monterrey, Nuevo León. We operate under the brands AstreaBMS (engineering + product division) and Vaultis (BMS operations SaaS product).
3 · Nature of the content
Site content (including service descriptions, case studies, product specifications, and prices where indicated) is informational and referential. Any commercial commitment — scope, price, timeline, SLA — is formalized only through a signed quote or contract between the parties.
The typical cases shown at /proyectos are anonymized representations of recurring work patterns. They are not specific statements about named clients; any formal reference to specific clients will be shared only with the prior consent of the referenced client.
4 · Intellectual property
All site content — text, graphics, source code, design, trademarks — is the property of Astrea Technologies or used under license. No commercial-use right is granted by mere access to the site.
Third-party trademarks referenced on the site (Eaton, Honeywell, Vertiv, Johnson Controls, Tridium, APC, etc.) are the property of their respective owners and are mentioned solely to describe technical compatibility.

This limitation does not apply to contractual obligations formalized through a services contract or a Vaultis subscription — those are governed by the specific terms of each contract.
